For Ages 12 and Up
This course is for teenagers that want to learn to defend themselves, get into shape or have fun!
In this course, the students learn and practice Kickboxing. They learn the proper way to throw punches and kicks. Also learning proper combinations and how to evade attacks. Students will also learn grappling; How to properly takedown an opponent and control them. Self-Defense; Techniques that will help the students in real life situations.
Aside from the learning, Students will also be participating in activities that will help build confidence and character. The student will also be participating in HIIT workouts to maintain optimal health.
Class held: Mondays - Wednesdays - Fridays
